Alison has worked with Helen as an Associate of Solution22 for over 10 years before joining the Company on a permanent basis in 2015. Alison provides vital behind the scenes support for Solution22, but can be coaxed out of the office to work with special clients! Alison is a skilled professional HR Manager with experience in a range of industry sectors, such as publishing, printing, financial services, airport management and retail.

Helen started her consultancy following an early career in the fast-paced customer orientated service sector where she worked in buying function for a major department store group, before moving into a store management role and then specialising in HR.

Lizann spent her early career in the fast paced and dynamic fashion retail sector, where she had worked in various store management roles for major high street retailers, before moving into recruitment consultancy and then specialising in HR and Resourcing in both the retail and catering industries.

Most recently Lizann has been redesigning and building the job descriptions for a key fashion retailer and many of our niche restaurant clients. She has introduced and built behaviour & value based competency frameworks to sit alongside the job descriptions not only to support recruitment and talent management, but to also build greater engagement and employer branding with current and future employees.
