SSYSL

SSYSL is considered a recreation organization and we strive to develop the: i) recreational player whose goal is to learn and enjoy the game with the main purpose being to have fun. ii) travel team player who enjoys the spirit of competition and whose goal is to improve and build on their skills, confidence, fitness, and a learn the meaning of teamwork. iii) we are support the development of our volunteer coaches by offering a reimbursement program for MYSs Certified Coaching Courses (G-A). iv) we promote and encourage high standards of sportsmanship and fair play. Our recreational programs are open to everyone in the local community and not just to the residents of Swansea & Somerset. This includes our Fall Outdoor Recreational Program (mid Aug-mid Nov) and our Winter Indoor Instructional Program (Jan-March). Our travel programs are open to players who reside in Swansea, Somerset and Berkley. However, we also welcome players from towns in our surrounding community based on the rules..
