Janell graduated from the Florida State University with a bachelor's in Accounting. She is an accomplished CPA with almost 20 years experience in the accounting profession, with 14 of those years in the real estate industry to include residential sales/property management, mortgage brokering, and community association accounting. With a keen eye for detail and accounting irregularities, she has been able to spot errors in financial reporting that others would typically miss. Janell has solid experience in general ledger, A/P, A/R, month-end close procedures, and financial statement preparation and analysis. She has proven over the years that she is more than willing and able to provide top notch services to the community association and property management industries and do it with energy and enthusiasm.
