Bradley Kirschbaum found his passion for real estate investing while serving as a helicopter pilot in the United States Navy. Like flying, investing requires planning and proper execution to successfully navigate the many variables to reach financial goals. Becoming a great operator is what drives him to pursue his passion for creating successful results with our investment group. Bradley is a graduate of Marquette University, a proud husband to Pamela.

Ellis Hammond

Ellis Hammond served six years as a Christian pastor before deciding to focus his efforts on serving real estate investors. Through his vision and leadership, Ellis has led SCG through the acquisition of more than one hundred and fifty million dollars of commercial real estate since 2021. Ellis's passion lies in helping faith-centered wealth creators multiply their money and ultimately find better purposes for making that money matter.

Jeremy Cisneros

Jeremy Cisneros is a commercial real estate originator, underwriter, and lender. Over his 8+ year career he has been a real estate agent, investor, owner and operator of multiple franchises (including McDonald's), and originated over $450 million of commercial loans while managing a portfolio of $250 million. His methodical approach to financial modeling allows for conservative forecasting and ultimately taking risk off the table for his investors and partners. Jeremy graduated from the D'Amore McKim School of Business: Northeastern University.

Keith Meyer

Keith Meyer is a purposeful commercial real estate operator and investor who has participated in a diverse set of investment vehicles within the industry. Keith's family and network of investors have owned and significantly increased the worth of several large manufactured housing communities over the past 25 years. Keith leads the deal sourcing and acquisitions side of SCG, working directly with brokers and co-sponsors to acquire properties which meet his team's distinct criteria. Keith focuses on developing win-win partnerships which are well-defined from inception, and highly productive upon implementation.
