Our adult community services are already working well and the organisations that provide them are rated ‘good' by the Care Quality Commission. But by working together with other local providers, and investing time, energy and existing local expertise into our community services we can make them even better... • You will need to visit, and stay in, our local acute hospitals less often. We will achieve this by levelling up the care we can provide in the community, using experts from those hospitals to develop our new community services... HCRG Care Group provide Adult Community Services in Farnham, Surrey Heath and North East Hampshire areas. We provide a wide range of services including community nursing and occupational therapy among others. We began providing these services in April 2012.
