Carrie Gallant - CEO

Carrie specializes in helping professionals in career, business or life transitions to imagine and negotiate extraordinary outcomes. A former lawyer who has also held a number of key leadership positions, Carrie has unique insight and understanding of the challenges facing women lawyers and leaders. Her expertise in negotiation, conflict management and career counselling provides a rich foundation to her passion for helping others to uncover what really matters and solve problems creatively. Carrie completed her core coach training with the Adler School of Professional Coaching in Toronto in 2001, and executive career coach specialty training with Career Coach Institute in 2006. She is a member of the International Coach Federation. Carrie exercises her passion for teaching others as an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law, where she teaches Negotiation and Mediation Advocacy, as well as mentors newly trained mediators at the CoRe Conflict Resolution Clinic. Carrie is also a frequent speaker and facilitator at conferences throughout North America.
