Alex Haines

Born in New York City to a mom who was a successful Realtor, Alex Haines has lived in Philadelphia since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania over 30 years ago. Having called many neighborhoods in Philadelphia home and having raised three children in the City, Alex has a depth of first-hand knowledge about all things Philadelphia. She recognizes that every buyer and seller has unique needs and she works tirelessly with her clients to make their transactions seamless and satisfying. Alex is extremely dedicated and is a trusted advocate and advisor who always puts her client's needs ahead of the "sale." She brings with her years of experience in business and client development which shows in her responsive, flexible, smart and savvy approach to real estate transactions as well as in her role in Strategic Team Development for The Sivel Group. Prior to her career in real estate, Alex was the Marketing Manager at Philadelphia's largest law firm. In this role, Alex worked closely with the firm's partners on new client pitches and acquisition. Following her time with the firm, Alex was the Director of Business Development for a national fashion company where she grew the teams in Philadelphia, New York and DC. When not working, Alex enjoys walks in the Wissahickon with her dog Isla, beach time with her children, volunteering at her son's school and in the community, trying new restaurants in Philadelphia, cooking for friends and practicing yoga.

Amanda Cobb

Amanda's real estate experience far exceeds the time she has been formally licensed. Amanda spent many years shadowing her mom, Nanny Gifford, attending showings, open houses, writing listing descriptions, and assisting with marketing brochures. She learned the business from the ground floor - and knows the market history from starter homes to luxury listings. Amanda likes working with first time home buyers, and seasoned sellers alike. Her strength is helping her clients identify exactly what they are looking for and guiding them every step of the way from the initial meeting through to closing. She brings a plethora of experience, having bought and sold a number of personal and investment properties, and a thorough knowledge of the process. She has managed the details of many renovations, showcasing her ability to multi-task and work with grace under pressure. Amanda grew up in Lower Gwynedd and attended Springside School. Upon graduation from Trinity College she became a marketing project manager in New York City. She returned to Lower Gwynedd with her husband to raise her two boys Charlie and Win. When not touring houses she can be found walking the Wissahickon trails with her (enormous!) dog Pippa, serving on the boards at the Morris Arboretum and the Penllyn Club, or cheering on her boys on the lacrosse field or ski mountain.

Amin Beyah

Amin Beyah was a lifelong resident of Philadelphia who grew up in the Germantown section. He currently resides in Montgomery county with his wife and three children. He earned a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Amin went on to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience with a background in general contracting with high-end remodels, preservation and fix and flips. These experiences led him to working with multiple investors throughout the city and realizing his passion and niche for real estate. Amin believes in listening and putting his clients' needs first. He believes that with effective communication and provision of support every step of the way there lies great success. He has confidence in his services that don't merely stop after the contracts and settlements but carries on with the hopes of being a client's Realtor for life. Anna Woodward

Anna Woodward has been a licensed real estate agent since 1994. She was born and raised in the Philadelphia/Chestnut Hill area and attended Springside Chestnut Hill, the Kent School in Connecticut and is a graduate of Wells College. She is an avid gardener, golfer, floral design competitor and is interested in historic preservation. She currently resides in Chestnut Hill with her family.

Christie Jones

Christie Jones has enjoyed success and gratification in the residential sales field since 2014. Joining the Sivel Group in 2016 has only enhanced her love for meeting new people and helping them discover their new beginning in one of the most historic cities in the country, Philadelphia, and the surrounding areas. Focusing on developing solid business strategies, client retention and brand recognition has brought Christie Jones and the Sivel Group unparalleled achievements. Christie's diverse background has afforded her experience in all areas of the industry including new construction and development, relocation services, investment properties, home design, and extensive sales and marketing. Earning her bachelor's degree in communication with a specialization in advertising and marketing from Michigan State University, Christie knows exactly how to market each property in a unique way. Currently residing in the Art Museum area of Philadelphia, Christie spends her spare time enjoying all of the great restaurants Philadelphia has to offer with her husband, Colin, taking her dog, Lily on long hikes at the Wiss, and as a volunteer coaching Field Hockey at the prestigious Bryn Mawr College. Christine Downey

Christine Downey joins the Sivel Group with a duel role of New Construction Manager and Sales Agent. She has been with Fox & Roach since 2004. Before joining the Sivel Group she was the Office Administrator at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Fox Rosemont Office. As office administrator, Christine directed all the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as administering office sales performance stats monthly. She brings both a high level of customer service and her many years of directing office operations to the Sivel Group. Her attention to detail, an interest in gaining new skill sets, and willingness to share her knowledge to support her team are her strongest assets. She grew up in Overbrook, lived in Manayunk, South Philadelphia, Havertown and now resides in Ardmore.

Erica Giusti

Erica has a Bachelor's degree from Penn State and a Master's degree from Bloomsburg University. Erica has spent 10 years working as a speech and language pathologist, specifically in the school setting, where she provided therapeutic services to students with special needs. This has contributed to her excellence in communication and organization. Erica is from Bucks county but resides in Philadelphia with her husband and baby. Living in Philadelphia for 10 years, she is familiar with the unique neighborhoods the city has to offer, as well as the surrounding areas.

Holly Reynolds

Holly Reynolds is a Philadelphia native with a vast knowledge of the neighborhoods of Southeastern Pennsylvania. She has a passion for new construction, renovations and interior design and has purchased, renovated and sold homes throughout the United States. Prior to joining the Sivel Group, Holly spent the majority of her professional career as the Head of Institutional Marketing and Investor Relations at one of the nation's leading real estate fund managers. In this role, Holly oversaw the firm's equity raises and maintained relationships with many of the nation's largest and most sophisticated real estate fund investors. Holly graduated from Springfield High School and received both her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She competed as a Division One athlete in women's field hockey and served as a Graduate Assistant Coach while earning her Master's. Following graduate school, Holly began her career in Washington, DC where she worked in the United States House of Representatives. After her time on Capitol Hill, Holly returned to Philadelphia to serve as Director of Economic Development for a member of the United States Senate. In this role, she served as the Senator's liaison to the region's cultural institutions, universities, state and local government agencies, and real estate developers on projects to grow the Southeastern Pennsylvania economy. Holly and her husband Jay, who works in the energy industry, have lived in New York City and Houston. They have two daughters and a mini poodle named Frank. Holly enjoys volunteering at her daughters' school, coaching little league softball, and playing golf. Holly is a member of the Roman Catholic High School Board of Directors. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.

Jasmine Edwards

Jasmine Edwards graduated from Temple University with a degree in Social Work. She then moved back to her hometown of New York to attend City University of New York School of Law. Upon graduation she formed the Law Office of Jasmine Edwards. For 16 years she honed her talents and skill as a negotiator and advocate representing buyers, sellers and lenders in transactional real estate matters and civil litigation. Now permanently residing in Philadelphia, Jasmine is furthering her nearly two decade long real estate career at The Sivel Group. Whether seeking to purchase or sell residential or commercial real estate, Jasmine has the experience and expertise to guide you through the process. A natural negotiator, Jasmine approaches every transaction with a meticulous, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset. Jasmine is also a trained yoga instructor and yoga enthusiast and lives with her husband Dean and their Yorkie Tito in Chestnut Hill.

Jason Williams

Jason graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelors in Digital Media in 2019 and is now the Digital and Social Media Coordinator for The Sivel Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Jason has gained extensive marketing and media experience managing social media for various originations and generating graphics and logos for many start-up companies. Jason has a passion for design in all facets, from digital and film to storytelling and photography.

Jennifer Daugherty

Jennifer Daugherty represents both buyers and sellers throughout the Philadelphia region and brings her true love of Philadelphia and the surrounding area to the table. Jenny believes that Philadelphia has a remarkable and unique combination of history, culture, and modern sophisticated living, combined with gorgeous architectural gems and miles of incredible green space. Jenny was born in Wayne, raised in Chestnut Hill and Manhattan, and moved from the West Coast in 2002 to the Main Line suburb of Merion Station, where her teenage daughter enjoys the excellent public schools and gets to experience the many community assets. She has grown a construction and property investment business with her husband Brian that is focused in the Mount Airy and Germantown areas, while also teaching in the Philadelphia public and charter schools for almost 2 decades. Kat Grant

Kat Grant has practiced Real Estate for 18 years. The areas in which she specializes are The Main Line, Chestnut Hill, Mt Airy, Flourtown, Erdenheim, Ft. Washington, Blue Bell, Ambler, Lower Gwynedd and Upper Gwynedd. Kat serves on the Board at Squash Smarts which is an urban program that is "dedicated to improving the lives of under-served youth from Philadelphia public schools by providing intensive, long-term academic tutoring and squash, while imparting high standards of personal integrity, health and fitness and service to the community." She is also on the development committee of this organization. She and her husband Alan have 3 children. Kat enjoys playing competitive squash at the national level, and is also interested in playing tennis, paddle, Padel and golf.

Katie Mancini

A lifelong Philadelphia resident, Katie Mancini has been a member of the Sivel Group since 2010. A graduate of Penn State University's Architectural Engineering (ae) program, she has a knack for being able to visualize a property's full architectural potential. She is passionate about color and creating personal style and prides herself in pairing buyers with a perfect match: the right home for them. Mark Malfara

Mark Malfara is a lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area. He has spent most of his life divided among some of the city's finest neighborhoods: 14 years in Center City / Art Museum; 14 years in Mt.Airy / Chestnut Hill; 7 years in Roxborough / Manayunk and now currently resides in Springfield Township / Montgomery County with his wife and children. In 1994, Ronnie became the Director of Lower and Middle School Admissions at Westtown School where she worked for 20 years assisting families making a decision about how to best educate their children. Siobhan Cooney

Tom Brummett

Tom Brummett has had a passion for architecture and design going back over 20 years when he studied for his Masters Degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art & Design. Having designed and built his own 2000 sq ft loft in Center City, rehabbed and designed two homes in Montgomery County, Tom brings a wealth of personal knowledge regarding many aspects of design and rehabbing homes. Having lived both downtown for over 15 years, Chestnut Hill and in Montgomery County his knowledge of schools and neighborhoods across the metro area and suburbs is excellent. His long life experience can help guide his clients though the major life changing events that challenged him and all of us sometimes to our very core. As a real estate investor he has designed his single family home project from the ground up and has intimate personal knowledge of Montgomery County land development and permitting. Tom's passion is Art and Nature so he loves working with all creatives and lovers of our fragile planet. He has spent his life photographing the natural world.
