We have over 30 expert fish cutters that are capable of processing many different species of fish and making numerous different products. Our custom crafted equipment allows us to stream line the process and produce large volumes of finished product... We are a family run, wholesale seafood distributor that specializes in processing fresh seafood items. We have a giant fleet of fisherman that bring us local, wild caught seafood on a daily basis. The majority of the fish brought to us are harvested right here in Polk County!
