We make our hazelnut dukkah from the hazelnuts harvested in our truffière (our truffle grows on the roots of hazel and oak trees). A middle eastern inspired spice mix, it does not contain truffle but it pairs extremely well with our natural truffle oil (serve the two together as a dip on cheese boards)! Also great as a seasoning or rub on meats or fish or sprinkled over smashed avocado!...
