Bill has over 25 years' experience working in the environmental services industry. He has worked for a number of key companies involved in the design, construction and operation of water and wastewater infrastructure in Ireland.
Bill is experienced in project management and operation of water and wastewater treatment plants, critical assessment and troubleshooting in the water and wastewater industry.
He has a wide range of knowledge in the characteristics and assessment of process parameters, design considerations, equipment selection and procurement, report preparation and works design.

Henk van der Puil has more than forty years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Engineer and Contracts Manager in the water, energy and wastewater field.
Henk has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and has worked for both Consultants and Specialist Design Build Contractors. He has been involved in the design and construction management of numerous projects.

Jack is the Technical Director at WEW Engineering Ltd. Jack holds a BA in Biosystems Engineering from UCD and a Masters of Engineering, Biosystems Engineering (MEng) from UCD also.
He has a keen interest in energy/nutrient recovery, waste to energy technologies and the circular bioeconomy concepts. He has worked on municipal projects in Ireland and the UK as well as a variety of industrial projects in Europe, South America and Asia. Duties include contract management, design, writing specification and tender documentation, evaluating responses, commissioning, and snag resolution.
Jack also carries out research and feasibility studies of novel technologies for implementation on client sites and develops Capex and Opex models for new builds and upgrades. Jack has worked on novel anaerobic digestion projects, enhanced biological phosphorous removal, shortcut nitrogen removal and a variety of chemical processes using dissolved air floatation and other solids separation technologies.
He is lead executive on a number of projects implementing climate action technology as a registered consultant with Enterprise Ireland for WEW Engineering Ltd.

Lee is a chartered engineer with over thirty years' experience as a Project Manager, Director, Managing Director, CEO and NED in the UK Water Sector.
Lee has a Masters in Business Administration and has worked for both Contractors and Professional Consultants. He has been involved in the design and construction management of numerous projects and major water sector frameworks over the last 20 years.
Lee is currently Chair & Vice Chair of a number of water related businesses including "Not for Profits". He is also a Strategic Advisor to Ofwat's RAPID & PR24 teams as well as to Enterprise Irelands UK Water Sector Team and he advises a number of Irish businesses on growth in the UK Water Sector.
In January 2023 he was awarded an "Outstanding Contribution to the Water Industry" award by British Water, the sectors pre-eminent supply chain body.

Owen is a Mechanical Engineer who holds a Bachelors Degree (BSc) in Engineering Science, from University College Dublin (2021) and a Masters Degree (ME) in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin (2023). He has gained experience as a Distribution Gas Intern at Fingleton White. Here Owen was involved in designing gas pipeline upgrades for Industrial and Commercial meters as well as District Regulating Installations (DRIs). Owen also worked at creating Explosive Atmospheres (ATEX) drawings for each design.
Paul is an experienced AutoCAD technician who has trained in the following Architectural Design Drafting Course, Institute of Technology Carlow, Certified Passive House Consultant, Institute of Technology Carlow, AutoCAD Plant 3D P&ID ‘Essentials Course', In-house training module by ‘Armada Training.

Seamus is a Process Engineering Specialist in water, sustainability and biorenewables with over 45 years' experience on up to 1000 projects in Ireland, UK and Internationally. He is a Fellow of Engineers Ireland (30 years), director of RGFI (Renewable Gas Forum Ireland) and member of EBA Working Group on nutrient recovery at EU.
Seamus's experience covers regional planning, pre-design studies, R&D, detailed process design - municipal and industrial - facility validation for contractual purposes and final certification of working systems. He is a leading expert in the decarbonisation and biorenewables industries and application of the EU CEAP regulations.
For many years Seamus had central involvement in innovation for projects using emerging technologies to BAT regulations at detailed design and post commissioning.

Umut has a Bachelors Degree (B.Eng.) in Engineering and Environmental Engineering and Masters Degree (M.Sc.) in Environmental Engineering.
Umut is a project and process engineer who has been working in the field of water and wastewater. Umut has a passion for protecting the environment and has dedicated his career to improving water quality using new and emerging technologies. Umut has worked in Turkey, Lithuania, Sudan, Saudi Arabia and Norway on many different types of industrial water and wastewater projects from design to on-site commissioning of treatment plants. He has a broad-based knowledge of water and wastewater treatment design, specializing in MBR, RO, chemical treatment and advanced oxidation processes. Umut is able to use modelling and simulation software such as SUMO, WAVE and engineering software autoCAD and Lumion. His Master's Degree thesis related to developing a decision-making software to evaluate the best treatment technologies among the alternatives. He has provided specialist services in industries such as textiles, copper mine, boron mine, leachate, meat and fish farming. He is now centrally involved in WEW Engineering in process design for systems servicing the biopharma industry, milk industry, brewing and distilling industry and day to day water and wastewater and solids handling processes.
