The company was formed by two directors Gary Simmons and Philip Gifford. Philip has worked in property management for 20 years. Gary Simmons runs a successful property maintenance company, called Clearview. Over the last 30 years Gary has grown it into a team of 25 maintenance and trade workers, to cover all aspects of property maintenance. Both Philip and Gary saw an opportunity to create a company, which utilises both companies' skill sets to provide a fully holistic property management service.
