Adam has over 30 years' experience in the Lightning Protection industry, having started as an engineer at the age of 16 through to various Manager levels and Directorships. Now as a Director overseeing our Cuttings East Division with experienced managers and Engineers.
Andrew has 10 years' experience in the Lightning Protection industry with a move to Cuttings in 2020 as Senior Estimator for our East Division. He is accredited by ATLAS for Lightning Protection designs to BS EN 62305 (Cert No. 177). He enjoys working on varied projects especially sites requiring isolated protection, where ATEX zones are present.

Ashley is the lead estimator at Cuttings South. He initially started out in 2018 as an installation engineer on site which led him to gain his NVQ Level 2, He used his skills/knowledge to progress and gain his Accreditation to BS EN 62305. When outside of work he is a keen Tenpin Bowler and Golfer, He also enjoys spending time with his family.

Billy is Manager of the testing department with experience in the industry since 2007. Having gained qualifications along the way such as SMSTS, an accreditation in BS 62305:2011, NVQ level 6 Diploma in Construction Management.

Graham has a long history with Cuttings having worked with us going back to the 1980's. He then spent 7 years with us as a Project Manager from 2014 and now heads up the Repairs section of the Maintenance division. He continues to hold SMSTS.
Jason has been with Cuttings since 2018, firstly as Repairs Manager in our Maintenance Division before moving to become Project Manager for our East Division. In his time with us he has achieved his BS EN62305 accreditation, SMSTS as well as an NVQ6 in Project Management

Joe has worked in the industry since 2017 and, after training as an engineer, he gained his NVQ2. Following experience as a Projects Supervisor, he is now training to become the South's Projects Manager. Joe enjoys spending time with his partner and travelling.
John has over 35 years industry experience and has been MD since 2009. He is active within Build UK, the national supply chain association and has served twice as President of ATLAS.

He is active on the council of ATLAS (The Association of Technical Lightning and Access Specialists) and has served twice as ATLAS President. He also sits on the industry Lightning Protection Technical Committee and the recently formed Earthing Committee.

Kevin oversees our growing Maintenance Division which has seen a 400% growth since his start with us in 2016. The department now has dedicated and experienced managers in place for Testing (Billy Limby) and Repairs (Graham Blackwell) each with their own teams of NVQ3 qualified engineers.

Martin has been with Cuttings since 2002. He became a Director in 2013 and continues to grow sales and build relationships, whilst always remaining involved with customers at an early design stage.
Paul joined Cuttings in 2009 and has overseen the largest projects in the company's history. He has introduced many new systems to improve efficiency, and has developed the company training plan. He is also past Chairman of our industry training body - the Steeplejack & Lightning Protection Training Group

Paul has worked in the industry for 10 years as an engineer, supervisor and manager and is qualified to NVQ Level 3. He has a wide range of experience in both testing and maintenance and has progressed through the business and now is the Divisional Director for Cuttings South Ltd. Paul enjoys spending time with his family at the weekends.
Paul took over as Divisional Director in March 2022, having been with the business originally since 2008. He was head of the Testing Division and has also had a senior management position with a nationwide retailer.

Sam entered the Lightning Protection field in 2008 and has since gone on become both highly qualified and experienced, gaining his NVQ3 in Lightning Protection and has safety qualifications with the SSSTS certificate and IOSH Managing Safely. He is also qualified to IRATA Level 3 for rope access, IPAF for mobile platforms and is accredited for LP design by our trade association ATLAS. Sam joined us in 2020 as Divisional Director of Cuttings West.
Sam has Lightning Protection and Steeplejacking running through his veins. He now heads up our Cuttings West division in the Bristol area, and has many loyal clients. He is also an IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician which gets him into and out of some tricky access problems
