Brad Harvey is London based and is principal of Senior Property Associates.
He formed Senior Property Associates in 2018. This was following a successful track record of projects in the senior property market over the previous 8 years. His expertise in this field enabled him to be involved in a number of projects requiring the acquisition and development of land alongside specific care services.

He worked in private practice surveying before moving to the housebuilding industry with Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Homes and Balfour Beatty where he held senior land acquisition related positions.
Tom has a good eye for possible development opportunities. Using his experience, Tom founded Prime Land Consultants Ltd, his specialist land agency, in Glasgow in 2004, previously being a self-employed development consultant from 1999 to 2004.
In 2015 he recognised the growing needs of the senior living market, particularly in the English market. So, he has been involved in finding and buying senior living opportunities across England for the last 7 years.
