Amit began supporting PPL back in 2014, whilst he was working as Aon's EMEA Head of Sourcing. He is now PPL's Head of Finance & Commercial where he has responsibility for PPL's finance function as well as all legal, commercial and regulatory matters. Over the years, Amit has worked with market firms to ensure third party contracts for market services remain compliant with changes in the regulatory and legislative landscape.
Amit has held market roles for a number of years - he started in 2015 as Head of Sourcing for the LM TOM programme and then went on to become Head of Sourcing for LIMOSS in 2018 before formally joining PPL early in 2020. Prior to adopting market roles, Amit held sourcing roles for a number of firms across a number of different industries. These include Deloitte, Sainsbury's, HSBC, Citigroup and Aon.

Andy been at PPL since 2015. His responsibilities are wide ranging, including Product Owner of the next gen platform, the life cycle of PPL service, investment planning and developing the platform in accordance with Board agreed strategy.
Andy's background is in business consulting - he has more than 30 years' experience in the London insurance market and has held roles at QBE, JLT, Marsh and Lloyd's, among others. This has provided him with a peerless understanding of the workings of (re)insurance processes, market dynamics and the support needed by firms as they transition to use e-placing.
When he's not working, Andy is a season ticket holder for Brighton & Hove Albion Football club.

Christophe is part of the team responsible for Market Engagement at PPL, liaising with both carriers and brokers. Christophe joined the PPL Onboarding team in August 2018 before joining the Market Engagement team in September 2019. Before joining PPL, Christophe held various roles at CNA Insurance and CFC Underwriting.

Colin is Head of Operations and has been at PPL since its beginning, having been brought in to get the platform off the ground. Colin has wide-ranging experience across the insurance spectrum in underwriting, operations and IT, including significant experience of setting up e-trading platforms within the insurance industry, as well as outside it. He has previously worked for Hiscox, Ace and Lloyd's.

Gill has been with PPL since 2016 and, in her role as Service Delivery Manager, is responsible for ensuring effective operation of the platform and managing service aligned to ITIL disciplines, including incident management, availability, capacity and service levels etc. Starting out in underwriting and then moving to IT, Gill has worked in the (re)insurance market for almost 20 years, including roles at Hiscox, Aspen and Gen Re.
When not working, Gill enjoys travelling, social events and is known to be a bit of a shopaholic!

Iman is part of the team responsible for Market Engagement at PPL, liaising with both carriers and brokers. Iman joined the PPL team in 2021 having previously worked as a Marine Underwriter as part of her 9 years' experience in the Marine insurance market.
When not working, Iman likes spending her time planning her next travel adventure or going out on long walks enjoying all the city has to offer.

Joe joined PPL in January of 2023, bringing with him more than 25 years' experience in driving technology and transformation in the insurance sector. He has a keen understanding of the challenges faced by the London Market as it works to modernise.
Joe was previously International COO at QBE, a role he held for nearly 10 years. Prior to that, he held senior operations and technology roles at Zurich and AIG, in Ireland, the U.S., France, the UK and Switzerland. Before joining the Insurance industry, he worked in several software development roles in the banking and telecoms sectors.

Jonathan joined PPL in 2015, defining and leading the roll out of PPL to the London Market. His effort was recognised at the 2018 Market People Awards when he won the category for Outstanding Contribution to Industry Transformation.

Martin is part of the team responsible for market engagement at PPL, liaising with both carriers and brokers. Martin has been in the insurance market for over twenty years, including broking roles as at Arthur J Gallagher and Marsh. Before joining PPL in November 2015, he was a stakeholder manager at Lloyd's.

Sue is part of the team responsible for Market Engagement at PPL, liaising with both carriers and brokers. She joined the team in 2020 and has over 25 years London Market experience working across Lloyd's and company markets.
Outside of work, Sue spends time with her two teenage daughters and amongst other things is a huge music fan.

Tanya joined PPL early in 2021 as the Market Solutions Lead and is focused on advancing PPL's digitalisation journey. Her role includes working with Future at Lloyd's on the implementation of placing data standards, market engagement for PPL integrations, and overseeing the extraction of data from risk contracts using AI.
Tanya's background is in services in the technology sector, most recently having worked for Exari, a contract building and contract lifecycle management company. Prior to this she worked for Adsensa, the market leader in contract data discovery and capture software, where she worked with Lloyd's to design and implement a market-wide contract certainty checking solution.
She also led an initiative to extract data from MRCs using a combination of AI and business rules.
