3 BAR BISON

In efforts to keep our bison population low, we began selling a portion of our calves in 2018 and 2019. In 2020, COVID impacted our operations of selling live animals. Due to the remarkable growth of our bison population by late 2021, we decided to expand our operation to include the sale of processed meat, as well as other bison products, creating 3 Bar Bison, LLC. All bison used for meat sales are grass-fed, hormone and antibiotic free, and are grain finished. We utilize a qualified, local, state-inspected plant to process our animals... 3 Bar Bison implements regenerative agricultural practices to ensure healthier land and herd management. We provide low-stress, humane handling of the bison to achieve safety for the animals, as well as our ranch employees. We love what we do and are building a legacy for generations to come!
