Doug Stein is the Chief Operating Officer at 3NG Consulting and specializes in automotive parts and service, product management, program design and management and marketing
Doug has been reimagining the OE channel since the mid-1990s. During his time at Toyota, he put the company in the Tire and Maintenance Care business. Since leaving Toyota (2017), Doug has helped his clients reinvent themselves: identifying and redefining their core competencies to build for future growth and viability. At the same time, he has also specialized in developing Mobile Service solutions, both local and national, for OE dealerships. Doug firmly believes in the application of strategic collaboration between manufacturers, OEs, and dealerships (the Business Triad).
Karl Krug - Chief Strategy Officer
Karl Krug is the Chief Strategy Officer at 3NG Consulting and specializes in automotive parts and service solutions and marketing.
Since joining 3NG, Karl has worked with automakers and automotive suppliers in all levels of the marketplace with a focus on new program development and implementation. He has led multiple projects where he has helped multiple clients expand to new segments and startup clients choreograph their market entry. In addition, Karl leads the market research and Lean Startup implementation team.
Before joining 3NG, Karl worked for Toyota Motor America and Infomedia ltd.
