We want to radically change the ad-hoc nature of construction project management and give it a production oriented structure that will deliver safe, defect free on time projects. Our three step approach is simple in concept, but needs everyone to understand it and to be disciplined in its implementation... Our iBook - The Implementation of Technology Clusters is the outcome of 30 years of research and development of an integrated project management strategy that is based on getting the best from the construction workforce, called Technology Clusters. This research has led us to the conclusion that existing methods need to be rethought.
