Talva Energy (www.talva-energy.com), led by President and co-founder Adam Taylor, is among the close partners and consultants with 4DV. Talva brings to the 4DV team industry leadership for focused, upfront planning and development of Solar Energy, EV and Energy Storage projects, Consulting, Development, Project Management, Significant Related Areas of Expertise, and a Significant Portfolio of Projects through to operation, with the philosophy that most crucial phase is in the first stages of evaluation, education and implementation. Talva provides acurate validation and case studies related to 4DV performance and comparison with existing solar technology available within the industry. Talva works closely with industry experts within project teams, such as Schneider, Greenskies Clean Energy, NextEra Energy, Advanced Solar Products, Pfister Energy, PSE&G, ConEd, Jersey Central Power and Light and more, and thus provides 4DV access and working relationships with those same industry experts. Adam Co-Founded Talva Energy in 2017 as a renewable energy consulting and development firm. At Talva Energy, work is performed on many levels to help customers, colleagues and other energy companies more efficiently manage their projects and obtain the most productive outcomes. After starting his career as a geotechnical engineering technician for Jersey Essay Labs, sister company to Jersey Boring and Drilling, he soon took interest in renewable energy and electrical engineering. While transitioning to work for the local electric utility he found a role as a project manager for their Solar Loan Program where the utility financed and managed solar installations for their customers. Working in and around the solar community inspired a career in renewable energy where Adam went to work for solar financiers, installers and developers acquiring knowledge of how all different sides of a renewable energy project operate, most importantly the utility. That valuable experience has allowed Talva Energy to quickly grow and thrive in the renewable energy sector.

Amnon Hamami

Amnon Hamami has extensive experience in Customer Support Management and Product Management within worldwide markets, having held numerous related positions at leading industry companies including at the Vice President level. Amnon has excelled in his career with proven results in building, training, and leading Customer Support teams, including resolving complex customer situations with completed systems, processes, and customers' perspectives. Amnon is experienced in Pre/Post sales, operations, and product lifecycle management and has invaluable expertise in leading and operating complex teams around North America. Amnon is also an expert in all aspects of 3D printing. Amnon holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Technology and Science, and an AS, Computer and Electronics.

Chris Scott

Chris provides oversight of all accounting and bookkeeping activities, financial analysis and forecasting, broad scope of advisory services as needed, and tax and regulatory compliance services, including tax planning, and the filing of federal and state tax returns.

Gordon Moriarty

As a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Lathrop GPM, Boston, MA, Gordon specializes in U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, and as such provides exceptional legal counsel and consultation to 4DV. Gordon has practiced at the intersection of law, technology and business for over twenty-five years, following an eight year technical engineering career. Gordon began working in the intellectual property field following his first year of law school, and was an accomplished patent prosecutor by the time he joined the Weingarten firm full-time as an associate. With increased responsibility for larger client portfolios, Gordon soon developed the experience and insight necessary to help clients build strategic, cost-effective patent and trademark portfolios, both in the U.S. and in important overseas markets. In 2013, the Weingarten firm merged with a leading New England regional law firm, Preti Flaherty. Following four successful years there, Gordon moved his practice to the Boston office of Lathrop GPM, a national law firm having substantial and sophisticated intellectual property prosecution and litigation practice groups.

Jake Grimaldi

Jake Grimaldi is highly efficient and skilled in many facets of engineering as well as experience in financial planning, modeling and analysis. With a formal education in Aerospace, Mechanical and Systems Design Engineering, Jake is a key team member and contributor within 4DV. Jake possesses many core competencies including: 1) Financial modeling, planning and projections, 2) Static / dynamic simulation performance of materials and failure modes (Solidworks, Elmer), 3) 3D CAD proficiency (Solidworks, PTC Creo, Nastran, Patran, Fusion 360, Onshape, FreeCAD) and much more.

John Zaino

John Zaino has had distinguished professional careers in both the military and civilian communities, and has managed his marketing and branding company for over 10 years. John received a BS Marine Engineering Systems and his US Coast Guard License, 3rd Assistant Engineer, Unlimited Power Steam and Diesel, from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY, and an MS Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY. John has significant engineering, research and leadership experience through both his military and civilian careers, and has held government clearances of Top Secret and higher (Byman). As Technology Development Manager at BAE Systems, John led numerous programs and was Program Manager for the development and advancement of classified and unclassified technologies for DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), Army, Special Forces, National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and more. These included a $25m DARPA program for advanced satellite signals processing technology development.

Jonathan Jacques - Founder, President

Jonathan Jacques hails from Quebec, Canada, where he studied mechanical engineering. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Jacques has been an avid entrepeneur and inventor, having been awarded several patents (in addition to the Pyramid Wall System) for technologies including automated construction equipment, multi-dimensional products and an emergency vehicle signaling system. Mr. Jacques has embraced his passion for renewable energy and technology innovation in the creation of his company 4D Vision. He and his dedicated team have created a company that is now uniquely poised to make a significant, industry-changing impact for the renewable energy sectors worldwide. Mr. Jacques has extensive prior experience in the construction industry for more than thirty-five years, and has helped lead and manage the completion of numerous major commercial building projects over the years. Mr. Jacques has developed and refined his management, innovative problem solving, results-orientated, time and budget management and customer relationship skills during these prior years, having held the critical, trusted roles of both Project Superintendent and Project Manager on these major projects.

A close consultant to 4D Vision, Mark is President & CEO of renown consulting firm KCG. Mark founded KCG in 2002 with the philosophy of "Create the Future" with a vision to provide solutions to the toughest problems through the application of systems engineering principals and an agile and responsive staff. KCG provides an elite team of professionals with significant operational, industry and government credentials, coupled with advanced degrees and professional certifications. Over the years, KCG has advanced and integrated its specialties to develop new capabilities to identify and solve problems regardless of scope, scale, or complexity. KCG's innovation, agility, and culture, have been the cornerstone of its growth and success… and will remain going forward. Moreover, He is a founding member of Service Disabled Veterans Owned Business (SDVOSB) Council. For his efforts and relentless advocacy, Mark was awarded Virginia Veteran Small Business Owner of the Year 2010, the first and only winner of this auspicious award from the Hampton Roads area. A rarity, Mr. Klett is the only Small Business Owner to have testified before both House and Senate committees on behalf of veteran owned small businesses (VOSB). Quentin Daniel

A key consultant to 4D Vision, Quentin is the founder and CEO of HelioFlex. HelioFlex is an engineering-driven company with extensive solar experience, and supports 4D Vision by being a trusted and flexible solar partner. HelioFlex is focused on being fast, attentive, eco-friendly, and open to finding the perfect tailor-made solution that best suits projects through rapid prototyping. Quentin has a master degree in chemistry and performed a doctorate in Solar fuel production at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden's largest and most respected technical university. Quentin has industry experience as a production manager and involvement in business development with a solar company, as well as considerable time at solar production facilities. Quentin is an experienced project developer for renewable energy and establishing production factories.

Tony Gionfriddo

Tony brings to the 4DV Team an exceptional breadth of knowledge and experience in renewable energy product design, development and lifecycle management. Tony was Global Customer Service Director at Smartflower Solar based in Boston, MA where he was responsible for all technical aspects within the company including design, installation, training, service & repair, and contract manufacturing. Among Tony's many roles and accomplishments while at Smartflower Solar, he led the global dealer network training program, worked on follow-on design phases of the product and a new battery system solution, and spearheaded all regulatory affairs including UL certification (TUV), CEC and FSEC certification and NEC compliance. He also worked with utility companies to help develop solar energy storage programs.
