Carrie Hayes is a results-oriented people manager with a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with the right organization and the perfect role. She brings over 20 years of experience managing high performing full life cycle recruiting teams in local, regional, and international markets. Her expertise ranges the full spectrum of opportunities in all industries with a deep knowledge of accounting, finance, legal, consulting and IS/IT roles.
Prior to AFES, Carrie recruited worldwide for Deloitte, Microsoft and PWC. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has volunteered with several Youth based non-profits including 10 years on the board of the local Boys & Girls Club. She currently lives in the Seattle area with her husband and a friendly little Pug named Henry.
Mitch Ornstein is an expert in both interim and executive search placement, bringing over 16 years of experience placing senior leaders across all functions and a concentration in finance roles that span hundreds of placements. Mitch serves clients from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial organizations, focusing on the middle market and specifically private equity and venture-backed organizations. He works across all industries with an emphasis in manufacturing (CPG concentration including cannabis), healthcare, technology, and financial services/capital markets.
