As a Sales Account Manager, Emma handles projects that range from the start of the quoting and sales process to the enrollment and renewal of clients. She also does important behind-the-scenes administrative work. Before joining the ABC team, she was a college student working in retail and customer service, which she believes made her the excellent worker she is today and made her transition to working with clients a smooth one. "What I love about working at [ABC] is our small team. I have had gained the ability to become a Jack of All Trades in the health insurance world. Not only do I get to be an account manager, but I've been able to work in marketing, customer service, sales, data entry, and everything else in between. Also, any chance I get to make a deeper connection with a client, whether that be via phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings, I hop on that opportunity."

Since then, as President and the Senior Consultant, she has strengthened and completed ABC's structure, with a passionate ethic for making businesses thrive. With Nicole's addition of capable, committed members to her team, they accomplish ABC's mission every day.
