Having previously worked as a National Realty Agent for a boutique financial planning firm, he has assisted many clients to achieve their property goals by putting together suitable and strong investment strategies. With a further 6 years of experience working as a banker for one of the ‘big four', he has established a keen ability to identify the right financial structure to help strengthen his client's investment portfolios.
Today, as Founding Partner and Director at Alfy Property, he specialises in helping all property purchasers make the right decisions. With his hands-on approach, Kosta is renowned for providing exceptional service and constantly strives to achieve the best outcome for his clients. His motivation, drive and commitment to finding the best possible solutions for his clients is infectious. A former tennis coach, Michael holds an ingrained work ethic that underpins his success as a high performing individual within the real estate industry. Now a founding Partner and Director of Alfy Property, he holds a strong passion for property and is renowned for his sincere and honest assistance.
