Allison serves on several state-wide committees including the Alabama Law Institute Adoption Committee, the Alabama Law Institute Adoptions Process Subcommittee, and the Alabama WINGS (Working Interdisciplinary Networks of Guardianship Stakeholders) Taskforce. She serves on the Board of Directors of Leadership Shelby County and as the President of the Advisory Board of Shelby Volunteers in Service, a county non-profit benefiting senior citizens and volunteer efforts in Shelby County.
