Juan Pablo Romanelli - CEO, Founder

Juan was born in Tandil city, his restless spirit and passion for nature led him to settle in Mar del Plata, a city in which he graduated in Biological Sciences. He began his professional career at the National Institute for Fisheries Research and Development (INIDEP), working for 6 years. He then decided to broaden his knowledge of offshore industrial activities by working as a freelance MMO in seismic surveys. To date, he has 9 years of international experience as a scientific observer of marine species and their interaction with industrial activities. Juan together with his partners founded Argentina MMO, in order to provide high quality environmental services under the highest standards to the Offshore Industry in Argentina and the region.

Julian Webb

Born in Comodoro Rivadavia, he emigrated to Mar del Plata city to develop his studies and become a Bachelor of Biological Sciences from Mar del Plata´s National University. During his career he worked at the National Institute for Fisheries Research and Development (INIDEP), where he completed his graduate thesis and has participated in scientific evaluations on board fishing vessels. His first contact with the oil industry was developing as a laboratory technician for oil analysis at Bolland y Cia SA. Years later he returned to the industry, on this occasion as biologist, performing tasks of observation of protected species aboard seismic vessels. He currently contributes his experience and knowledge to lead Argentina MMO together with his partners, in order to position the company as a leader in environmental services for the Offshore Industry in Argentina.

Ramiro Bagnato

Ramiro was born and lives in Mar del Plata city, where he is an important member of ARGENTINA MMO. Graduated in Mar del Plata National University, he studied marine mammal biology, first as a passant in biology, ecology and conservation of marine mammals laboratory and then conducting his thesis within the same investigation team. Ramiro has wide experience in marine mammals research and its interaction with anthropogenic activities. Experienced Protected Species Observer, is a team leader, coordinator, and an active participant in staff pick.
