Claire qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2005 and is the Head Nurse at Avon Lodge. She has a beautiful black labrador called Jet and often takes her for walks together with her niece and nephew who love Jet just as much as Claire!

Jo is an Animal Nursing Assistant who started work at Avon Lodge in 1984! Jo has a son who loves go-karting and also various pets including dogs, a parrot, cats and rabbits.
