The Bad Rooster is a Twin Cities mobile food truck on a mission to bring delicious "farm to street" chicken and signature sauces to the people of Minnesota... Our story begins with our one big happy family: Soulaire (the daring entrepreneur), Soulmar (the chef) and Terry (the farmer), who had a crazy dream of owning a food truck together. With a truckload of moxie and a dash of Minnesota charm, we came together to serve up our family's chicken favorites. With the help of all of our loved ones, we launched our mobile restaurant dream in the parking lot of Soulaire's office building in Minnetonka serving the local neighborhood. And the rest, as they say, is history. We're a quirky and fun group, and everything we serve is made fresh to order. Our chicken is handbreaded, our sauces made from scratch, and we pride ourselves on making clucking good comfort food, served with love (and a little rooster attitude if need be!)... We believe in humane practices and doing what's right for..
