With an eye on the future of New Orleans real estate, Joel grew his real estate portfolio just two years later by obtaining an additional two rentals. After acquiring his Real Estate License, Joel has been eagerly pursuing real estate opportunities across Greater New Orleans with a specific focus on the East Bank of Jefferson Parish. Understanding the needs of potential buyers or sellers, Joel has achieved great success in assisting homeowners through the process with effective communication and detailed guidelines. Joel focuses on delivering clients their dream home, and always meeting their level of expectation.
As an experienced property manager, Joel currently oversees several properties of varying sizes working with investors and renters alike while always striving to find the perfect home for his next client! Outside of his passion for real estate, Joel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, expresses his passion for New Orleans sports and culture while steadily looking to build relationships and meet great people.
