Dale manages all aspects of the Finance dept, including payroll, budgetary control, monthly and annual reporting and loan collections. Qualifying in the high-growth computer industry in the 80's, and having been MD of his own high-tech company for twelve years, Dale is well versed in the quirks of SME growth funding.

Julie is responsible for all fund management activity at FSE including contract delivery, line management of investment personnel, investor relations and working with the board on new fund management opportunities. Julie is on the FSE Investment Committee and is FSE's internal champion for inclusivity. Prior to joining FSE, Julie has over 10 years city-based experience of leveraged and corporate finance with NatWest Markets and Hawkpoint Partners and has made a large number of equity investments across a broad spectrum of technology sectors.

Karen joined the company in 2005 after a career in banking and underwriting. As Head of Operations she has responsibility for HR matters, general office management of the 5 geographical locations and company governance.

Founding MD of ET Capital, a venture fund manager investing in high-growth technology businesses, Martin has also been active on the investment committees of several early-stage equity funds and is an experienced non-executive director. He is a venture capital adviser to the University of East Anglia Innovation Funding Board and a trustee for a multi-academy trust comprising several schools across the East of England.

Joining FSE in 2019, Matt is responsible for Risk and Compliance matters across the Group. He previously worked at NatWest and Barclays for over 33 years in total, the majority of which was in Business Banking. He has held a number of local director and business manager roles working with SMEs across Hampshire and West Sussex, as well as credit quality assurance manager in London.

Paul joined The FSE Group's board in July 2019. His career has be dominated with roles supporting SME business funding , including Managing Director for NatWest SME Banking in South of England & Wales, and also prior to that at Lombard, which was Europe's biggest business asset finance organisation. Prior to joining FSE Group, he has supported various Challenger Banks and FinTech businesses, including a collective investment organisation, as a consultant. Paul is also a Non-Executive Director of Allica Bank.

Peter is Chair of the Audit Committee. Peter is a chartered management accountant who has held senior finance roles at BT, the Eden Project and currently Eliquo Hydrok, where he is also joint MD. His previous NED experience includes Chair of the Audit committee for a large multi-academy trust and serving as a non-Executive Director for Visit Cornwall.

Teniola heads the finance and management information team at The FSE Group. His responsibilities include managing the financial audit, stakeholder reporting, systems improvement, and the day to day management of the finance department. With over 10 years' experience in finance and management working in various sectors such as insurance, engineering consultancy and the renewables sectors; Teniola has consistently found and built success through cultivating relationships, stakeholder engagement and project management. In his previous role, Teniola was responsible for managing a portfolio of circa £125m across 22 companies for international investors in the renewables sector.

Tom joined The FSE Group in 2014 and is now the Head of Marketing and Internal Communications. His team is responsible for attracting and showcasing a diverse portfolio of businesses across all regional funds. Tom also supports the delivery of new business opportunities. Before joining FSE, he worked for Samsung in the IM division where he delivered the Galaxy Cup and Galaxy Studio Live national events.
