Capt. Harish Bakshi: has been in the business of oil and gas trade since 1980. Presently he is the Executive Director - Chartering of BHN Group , specializes in Oil and Gas trade and exploitation of Hydrocarbons with specific emphasis towards offshore support and LPG carriage by ships. Previous to BHN, for the last 30 years, he has worked continuously with Fortune 500 companies. These companies include Varun Shipping, British Gas, Enron Oil and Gas, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation and British Civil Services (Hong Kong). All these companies are in the business of Oil and Gas. During the course of this period, he acquired the skills and expertise in exploration, exploitation, transportation and storage of Oil and Gas. While at Varun, he honed his skills in chartering and operating LPG carriers.

Prior joining BHN, Mr. Asif was heading Operations & Finance department of a MNC for a period of 25 years. Mr. Asif has brought with him vast knowledge and experience of the Shipping Industry and Business Management which has helped the company in growing smoothly and efficiently.

Mr. Ishak holds vast experience in marine engineering back ground. He started his career fresh as marine engineer in 1984 and having sailed on various type of vessel which includes General Cargo Ship / Container /Bulk Carrier / Tanker and LNG Vessel. He worked with PETRONAS TANKERS (PETRONAS) management in 1994 to 1997 as new building team which involved LNG new Building in France and managed new office set up in YOKOHAMA JAPAN. In 1997 joined CREST PETROLIUM as Marine Base Engineer, which involved in drilling soil investigation which was bought over by SAPURA. As Marine Base Engineer he was looking after all drilling vessel maintenance program and related marine regulations compliance with regard to CLASS and Flags State requirement In August 2008 joined ASIAN GEOS SDN BHD drilling and soil boring company looking after drilling vessel new building and was appointed DIRECTOR for subsidiary Company AGEO MARINE SDN BHD which own those vessel. Gain and attended various courses which relate to marine nature of work activity.

Mr. Muhammad is awarded with Bachelor of Business in Accounting from College Poly-Tech Mara (fka YPM) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Graduated year 2005 majoring in Accounting. Experienced more than 9 years as Manager for Crewing and Finance for Oil & Gas Company (Contractor) and previously 2 years experience with Legal Firm and Housing Developer. He has more than 10 years experience, working in various companies at different post which has given him an opportunity to gain experience and confidence. His last working experience was with one of a reputable shipping company as marine coordinator for few years. He is well trained and equipped with technical and necessary courses required by this Industry, which makes him an expert in handling company operations more smoothly and efficiently.
