Ethan Adams has been in the design build world since the age of 17. Starting with a lawn care business and then entering the Landscape Architecture program at the University of Kentucky and creating a Design Installation firm paired with a commercial lighting franchise. In 2010 he formed a property management company that also worked in the residential remodeling space and in 2019 he separated those two business. The desire to manage, negotiate and perform for his clients is what drives him daily.
Ethan Lives in Prospect Kentucky and enjoys serving on several boards, attending church at South East Christian Church in Crestwood Kentucky, Hunting, fishing and traveling.
Having been involved in the construction industry over the last 4 years Mason has gone through extensive schooling as it relates to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and AutoCAD and has received a multitude of certifications related to the industry. He has always been on the creative side and willing to learn and understand how things work. Working at Brookstone Development has only allowed him to expand on those fascinations and allowed him to build a career out of the things he's always enjoyed doing.
Mason is from Louisville Kentucky and has worked and operated in the Kentuckiana area all his life. He spends most of his time with friends and family, being outdoors, or indulging in one of his many hobbies.

As a self-proclaimed "serial entrepreneur", Seth has always enjoyed building. At the age of 12 he learned to read blueprints while stick building radio control airplanes. That love of building, attention to detail, and creativity has since led to a successful career across many industries. Seth has successfully envisioned, built, and sold businesses across multiple industries including e-commerce, automotive, recreational vehicles, and finance. His broad business experience combined with his vision, leadership, and attention to detail is at the leading edge of our client centered customer satisfaction at BD Construction.
Seth resides in Jeffersonville Indiana with his wife Sarah, and his children, Scooter and Sadie. He enjoys fishing, hunting, traveling, and time with his family
