The California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) is a professional member association that advances sustainable stormwater management protective of California water resources. On behalf of stormwater permittees, CASQA represents over 26 million Californians... Every spring, CASQA makes rounds throughout the state visiting our member areawide municipal stormwater programs to give the annual CASQA presentation. The presentation includes a look back at accomplishments of the previous year and a look ahead for CASQA's efforts in the current year. The presentations also give members an opportunity to provide feedback on CASQA's activities.
