CHELVERTON DEVELOPMENTS - Key Persons

Simon graduated from Oxford Polytechnic in 1984 joining Bristol based JP Sturge for 2 years before becoming a Development Surveyor for London based developer CCL responsible for the West Country and Wales. Simon managed existing projects and delivered his own retail schemes over the next 13 years initially for CCL followed by the Chelverton Group. He was appointed a Director of Chelverton Group and, in 1998 he became the UK Development Director. Simon brings a wealth of Corporate and Commercial expertise to Chelverton. He also runs his own residential development company. Simon and Paddy are adept at creating suitable solutions to meet their retailers bespoke objectives.
