CH KALPAK VINEYARDS

Ch Kalpak vineyards are designed as a modern, visitor-oriented facility. We offer an on-site café located on the property named Kafe Kalpak. Here guests can enjoy a variety of paired appetizers on our beautiful terrace, which looks out onto a breathtaking 270-degree view of "sea-forest-vineyards" stretching from the Greek island of Samothraki (Samothrace) to the islands of the Sea of Marmara... In order to achieve this, we picked the best root-stocks and clones of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot to match our terrior at Ch Kalpak vineyards. We subsequently optimized the planting density, parcels, vine exposures versus wind and sun, and trellis system, and planted the vines with laser accuracy. Ch Kalpak intentionally created sloped vineyards in pursuit of better wine reflecting the spirit of Ch Kalpak... The experiences we gained in Arapli and the knowledge gained through travelling to over 100 wineries around the world we applied in the establishment..
