Born and raised in Virginia by my parents who taught me the value of a good work ethic, loving unconditionally, communication, and a life of faith. Through 36 years of teaching and coaching young children, colleagues, parents, and young adults, I eventually completed graduate school while loving and raising my own family. I am delighted to share my experiences, education, and achievements to empower and equip others, especially families and young adults.
