HAND - Key Persons
Daniel Alfonso MD received his training from top US orthopaedic training facilities. After graduating from Dartmouth, he earned his medical degree from Emory, receiving the Joseph Whitehead Surgical Scholarship. Dr. Alfonso completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases in addition to completing an additional orthopaedic research fellowship at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, one of the top orthopaedic residencies in the country. He did further training at Columbia University, completing a certification in Microsurgery there.
Roberto Miki MD received his training from top US orthopaedic training facilities. After graduating from Dartmouth, he earned his medical degree from Washington University. Dr. Miki completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Yale, one of the top orthopaedic residencies in the country. He completed his hand fellowship at the University of Miami and was invited to stay on as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedics.
