The ECB facility will consume 400,000 tons per year of Old Corrugated Containers (85%) and Mixed Paper (15%) annually. The Company has placed 70% of their recovered fiber requirements under "letters of intent" and will convert these LOI's into formal, binding supply contracts prior to financial closing of the project.
