Amy Feinberg - VP

Amy Feinberg works as an illustrator, veterinary technician, and medical practice manager. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) and Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Amy worked as a courtroom artist for CBS and CNN news and provided illustrations for the New York Times and the Washington Post, among many other clients. She also channeled her love of animals into a part time career as a veterinary technician and served on the board of the Humane Society of Baltimore County. She currently manages her husband's (Dr. Andrew Feinberg) outpatient psychiatry practice.

Andrew G. Feinberg - VP

Dr. Feinberg is an assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and is board certified in psychiatry. A 1981 graduate of New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Feinberg completed a medical psychiatric internship at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Baltimore City Hospital, and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He completed his psychiatry residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1985, where he served as chief resident. Since 1986, Dr. Feinberg has been a consulting psychiatrist in the Affective Disorders Consultation Clinic at Johns Hopkins Hospital. After completing his residency, he spent three years directing a mood disorders clinic and medical/psychiatric inpatient unit in Harford County. For the next seven years, he ran specialty psychiatric inpatient units at several hospitals. Since March 1996, Dr. Feinberg has maintained a full-time outpatient clinical practice, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.

Lisa Ridge-Kritz - VP

Lisa Ridge-Kritz recently retired as the director of the Hertz Nursery School at Temple Israel Sharon, in Sharon, Massachusetts. A 40+ year veteran to Jewish Early Childhood Education, she was the Director at Hertz Nursery School since 1988. Currently, Lisa is involved with creating and maintaining outdoor classroom environments that include her Nursery School, building Woodland Wilderness, and consulting on other programs. She has co-founded Second Nature Design Consulting. Lisa attended the Nature Explore Leadership institute in Nebraska City, Nebraska. Woodland Wilderness is an accredited Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom. She will also be working with Nature Explore to provide consulting and educational training for programs interested in outdoor classroom initiatives and integrating the "Jewish Outside" component. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Education degree from University of Rhode Island and a certificate in Early Childhood Education from Hebrew College. She is a founding member of the former Boston Judaic Accreditation certificate and of the Boston-Haifa Early Childhood Educators Partnership. Additionally Lisa has taught outreach for Hebrew college Early Childhood initiatives. Her future goals include working towards creating more nature/outdoor based programs, "Taking Jewish Outside" curriculum and providing professional development opportunities for Jewish educators.
