At Genesis we understand that every project is unique, as is each and every customer. We appreciate that building a relationship with the customer over time is essential to ensuring their goals are achieved, and for this reason we adopt a personal service right from the start... For larger tasks, we initially need to assess the available space and how best to utilise this. It is also imperative at this stage that we communicate with our customer to determine what ideas they have about their project and what they expect from us throughout. Whilst we have the experience in knowing what will and won't work, and can identify where real statements of extravagance can be made, the design process should be shared to ensure that we achieve what our customer wants and more... Once we have produced the designs we feel will best fit the project using award winning software we would then invite the customer back to the showroom to analyse these and fine tune them in any areas they deem..
