Over 8 years of field testing in many soil types and conditions this new technology back reamer is ready for your projects. The current available design works great in sand, soft soils, gravels, coral, sandstone and mixed soil conditions. Other testing has been completed in clay soils and we will soon be releasing a new clay reamer design. Field testing was completed using every type and design of carbide cutters. The flat 5/8" wide sharp edge carbides on our reamers mixes the fluids and soil more evenly while cutting roots and debris cleanly. Arborists have approved the flat sharp edge 5/8" carbides to bore under trees because roots are cut clean. Pipe pull back pressure is reduced because the back reamer makes a straighter, smoother back reamed hole...
