INMAN HEATING & COOLING - Key Persons

Craig Inman

Job Titles:
  • Owner / Company Operations )
From the very inception of Inman Heating & Cooling in 1964, our company has been a family affair. Upon returning to St. Louis after my discharge from the U.S. Navy, I decided to start my own company to support my growing family after spending three years as an apprentice servicing furnaces. As my children started to grow, they'd return the favor on days off from school and summer break by canvassing for furnace services and ductwork cleaning. Back in those days, coal was the most common fuel source, so you can imagine what they'd look like after a day cleaning the soot out of our customers' ductwork. Luckily, their mom was ready with the hose when the truck pulled up the hill! The youngest son of the Inman clan, Craig is passionate about carrying making the family business a success by nurturing long-lasting customer relationships and referrals. A graduate of Police Academies in both Illinois and Missouri, Craig fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming a police officer. However, his father worried for his safety in the line of service and offered the chance to come onboard Inman Heating & Cooling full time. On September 28, 2007, Craig accepted the offer with a phone call to Dad in the wee hours of the night, and thus embarked upon his new career. It was a good move too, as his own family had grown to include three children and a beautiful wife. As is his father before him, Craig is guided by family values, which helps him to earn the trust and respect of his customers. A father of three and happy husband Earl Inman instilled in him a work ethic to match, from the first day he was old enough to carry a toolbox. Today, when meeting with Craig, he will provide you with his personal phone number and a guarantee for quality service. How many other service technicians will dedicate themselves to your satisfaction 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
