Chris has more than 30 years of experience in software development and support, with 26 years in the P&C market. He Chris started with Insuresoft in 1994 (in the Applied Systems carrier division until 2004) as part of the team that developed the Diamond System. Since then, he's helped guide development, implementation, and support for all versions of Diamond and now leads the design and implementation of Insuresoft's product lifecycle management toolkit, Composer. Prior to Insuresoft, Chris was Manager of Technical Services for CSS, Inc., in which he was also a partner.
Prior to Insuresoft, Chris studied Computer Science at the University of Alabama and served as the Manager of Technical Services for CSS, Inc. in which he was also a partner. In 2005, Chris was a founding member of HBDA, Inc., a non-profit organization which provides support to individuals and families in Alabama affected with a bleeding disorder.
Business Partner managing recruitment, performance management and employee relations. Prior to Insuresoft, Diana started her career in the FMCG industry as a business partner, worked as a Talent Acquisition consultant with various firms then moved to a regional role as an HR Generalist for the Gulf and Egypt.

Joe has more than 29 years of product development experience and more than 26 years of insurance-automation experience in agencies and carriers. As one of the architects and developers of the Diamond System, he's been involved in the design and development of all versions of Diamond since then. And he's directly responsible for all aspects of its continuing development and deployment.
Joe earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Computer Science from the University of Alabama. He enjoys boating on the lake where he lives with his wife and their two sons and going to baseball games with his family.

Linde has more than 18 years of experience in insurance technology. She spent three years at Federated Mutual Insurance in the IS Department and participated in the replacement of Federated's claims system. Linde joined Insuresoft in 2001 as a Business Analyst/Developer, leading the claims-support team before moving into her Product Manager role. She particularly enjoys working with her team to ensure Insuresoft customers the best possible experience.
Outside of work, Linde spends time with her family and attends her children's sporting events. She has a BS in CIS and Accounting from Bemidji State University.

Nancy joined Insuresoft's leadership team with 25 years of experience in executive leadership and project management. As COO, Nancy's team is responsible for working closely with clients, beginning with the onboarding stage, through project implementation, then continuing with the customer care functions once in production. This includes sales, account management, project management, implementation and support, and Azure support. Nancy is instrumental in helping Insuresoft clients scale their businesses.
Before joining Insuresoft, Nancy provided leadership to the Enterprise Project Management Office for Wellcare Health Plans in Tampa, FL where she led a team of project and program managers to execute the strategic project portfolio. Prior to that, she was CIO for PODS (Portable On Demand Storage) Enterprises, LLC, and led many initiatives that helped grow and expand the company over an eight-year tenure. Her background also includes working as an IT Executive for Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund and a Program Manager at McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Kennedy Space Center.
Rob has more than 30 years of experience with numerous insurance core processing software companies, primarily leading the sales organization. Prior to joining the software industry, he worked for more than a decade with Mutual of Omaha and National Indemnity, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, in the areas of Financial Accounting, Actuarial, and Product Management.
Rob earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from Creighton University. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Sales Leader (CSL).

Ronnie joined the Insuresoft team in 2004 as a developer, assisting with accounts on the Diamond platform. Throughout the years, he's worn many hats including network administrator, original architect of the Diamond Publisher platform, team lead over the print product area, and team lead - then manager - of the client-focused area of the company.
Ronnie loves working for Insuresoft because it gives him the opportunity to work with multiple technologies, for a variety of subject matters (billing, claims, print, policy processing), to be recognized for his contributions, and (most important) to work with dedicated people.
Ronnie received his Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities including amateur farming and flying his drone.
With more than 10 years of service to Insuresoft, Terry has complete P&L responsibility for the company. Before becoming President, she held the role of VP, Product Management, helping to develop the Diamond System. Under Terry's leadership, Insuresoft expanded its market share and attained a 100-percent implementation success rate. In a career of more than 30 years, Terry was an independent agent before spending more than 17 years with a regional P&C carrier in Underwriting, Policyholder Services, and as VP, Information Systems.
She holds a BA in education and allied professions from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
