My drive to create trustworthy, safe and loving care for our elderly descend from my own love for my grandmother. Building better leaders, better managers and just happier people, in general, is the formula to health care excellence. If we focus on the value of honestly, integrity and respect, we will achieve success. I am on a mission to make sure that the health care amongst the elderly in America improves and never stops evolving to the better. By working in several different home care agencies both in America and Europe, I have dissected and put together a combination that works best in every division and put all knowledge into one corporation; InstaCare.
