Casey P. Marka - VP

As Vice President of Real Estate Management, Casey is responsible for overseeing day-to-day portfolio operations, preparing and managing property budgets, monitoring and maximizing asset profitability, controlling building expenses, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Lakes States Management, Casey was a Portfolio Manager for Transwestern Realty Services where he oversaw the retail department consisting of 26 properties across the Twin Cities Metro and Western Wisconsin. Casey has a bachelor's degree in business along with an Associate's degree in Real Estate Property Management from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. Casey grew up in Albert Lea, MN and currently resides in Chanhassen, MN with his wife Emily and son Max. He enjoys fishing, cabin weekends and spending time outdoors with his family.

David Reller - Managing Director

As Managing Director, David is responsible for the direction and control of Lake States Management's business operations. David's entrepreneurial approach and ability to deliver on his client's investment goals are instrumental in ensuring Lake States achieves its financial vision, mission, and long-term ambitions. Prior to the Lake States Management Venture, David served as Senior Real Estate Manager at Colliers International Minneapolis | St. Paul where he oversaw management of over $450 million in retail, industrial, and office assets throughout the Twin Cities metro, consisting of over 4.5 million square feet. David has an undergraduate in Economics, carries a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. A Twin Cities native, David resides in Plymouth, MN with his wife Alyssa, daughter Everly, and son Jackson. He enjoys spending time with his young family, live music, and is a hopeful Minnesota sports fan - SKOL!
