Jeremy Slagle

Jeremy has over two decades in the Hospitality Industry, with extensive experience in both the kitchen and the front of the house. He has worked in industry-leading restaurants, such as Daniel Boulud Brasserie and Bouchon (Chef Thomas Keller) in Las Vegas, and Spruce (Michelin one-star, Chef Mark Sullivan) in San Francisco. Jeremy has studied and trained in the art of service and hospitality and is also Launch Lab's beverage specialist with a level two certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers and experience in brewing craft beer."
