Cliff Weimer, Realtor® with Rodeo Realty Fine Estates. Cliff specializes in the sales of residential properties in Los Angeles, with extensive knowledge of the following communities: Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village, Hollywood Hills, LA Westside, and environs. Cliff has many years of experience in the business working with buyers and sellers. He works directly with his clients during the entire transaction, explaining and clarifying each step along the process to his clients. Cliff has a degree in Interior and Environmental Design from UCLA, and has also worked for many years as a designer, and still maintains his own design company, Weimer Design, which specializes in custom home improvements and design, as well as landscape design. Cliff offers staging and design services which can help sellers prepare their home before going on the market. Making a few of the right improvements can be the best way to attract buyers, and achieve that desired price for the owner. In addition to Cliff's many skills as a Realtor, his clients also receive the added value of his knowledge of architecture and design.
