Aaron Hinton

Aaron Hinton has over 36 years' experience in construction, start up and operation of Nuclear Power plants. He has worked in management roles in Maintenance, Outage Management and Project Management and is currently in the Waterford 3 Site Director position. Aaron has experience in maintenance, operations and implementing major plant performance upgrades. He maintains a Project Management Professional certification.

Brian Roach

Brian Roach has over 30 years of experience in the nuclear industry. Brian has held a variety of positions in the areas of Construction Management, Maintenance, Outage Management, Project Management, Organizational Development and Performance Improvement. In addition to his nuclear experience, Brian spent several years in the petrochemical industry as a plant manager and was President and CEO of Northeast Biofuels. Brian has held a realtor license in New Hampshire. Brian received a bachelors degree in 1981 from the State University of New York at Albany and attained his PMP certification in 2013.

Chuck Comstock

Chuck Comstock has over 37 years of experience in the Nuclear Industry and has held a variety of positions in the areas of Operations, Radiological Protection, Maintenance, Outage Management, Emergency Planning, Performance Improvement and Project Management. He spent 32 years of his career working at Cooper Nuclear Station. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Bellevue University. Chuck's passion is working with people to improve performance and solve problems.

Lisa Hennessy

Lisa Hennessy earned her BS in Fine Arts/Education at the New Hampshire Institute of Art where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Highly accomplished, insightful, and strategy-driven, Lisa has over 15 years of experience in the field of leadership and coordination of overall business functions including: finance and human capital management. Having worked extensively in the non-profit sector as both a director of programming and fiscal finance planner, she has a proven ability in building collaborative relationships across levels in highly matrixed organization to effectively influence and deliver process enhancements and strategic change. She is experienced in coaching managers through sensitive and challenging situations. Her ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders is often recognized as her key strength.

Steve McLemore

Steve McLemore has over 28 years of experience in the Construction Industry including Nuclear Power, Conventional Power, and Medical. He has worked in management roles as a Site Manager, Project Manager, and General Manager of Projects. Steve has extensive experience in nuclear plant modifications and has managed, within the United States and overseas, multiple nuclear component replacement projects including steam generators, reactor heads, stators, feedwater heaters, core internals, and EPUs.
