His experience includes 20 years at A-dec, with 15 years serving on the executive team in Vice President roles involving global sales, marketing, new product development and customer service. Grant also served as the Vice President of Sales for Patterson Dental where he was responsible for over $2B in sales and more than 3,000 employees. This deep experience provides him with a wealth of knowledge and relationships in the dental business. Each step along the way, his focus has been on helping dentists become more satisfied and successful in their practices. Grant's leadership role extends to having served on the boards of The American Dental Trade Association, Dental Trade Alliance, American Association of Dental Assistant's Foundation and the International Dental Manufacturer's.
