I'm Caitlin, the Operations Director here at Orchid Pediatrics. With over 12 years of experience in the medical field, I've devoted my career to pediatrics, especially focusing on neurodivergent and medically fragile children. My background in case management has given me a deep understanding of the unique needs of these amazing kids and their families. After meeting Dr. Joy early on in her journey, I instantly connected with her vision and knew I wanted to be a part of making it a reality... Outside of work, I love taking long weekend getaways, exploring Portland's incredible food scene, and spending quality time with my friends, family, and my two beloved pups. I'm all about balance and joy in life, just like we aim for here at Orchid Pediatrics!...
