Dr. Howard A Aubert MD, is co-founder of OPAL Nutrients. Dr. Howard Aubert is a board certified Urologist specializing in male hormone imbalances. Dr. Aubert graduated cum laude from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga. He attended medical school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, where he graduated with High Honors. Dr. Aubert completed a general surgery internship and Urology residency at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City. Dr. Aubert then moved to Nashville and his began practice. Dr. Aubert quickly developed a vested interest in nutrition and its effects on fitness, sports and disease. Dr. Aubert is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is a former Crossfit competitor and coach of over 10 years. In the early 2012, Dr. Aubert began working with Crossfit teammates and quickly found they all had symptoms expressing low testosterone. Upon review of their blood work, Dr. Aubert confirmed low testosterone was a common issue. Most of the men were either taking replacement testosterone and/or should be taking testosterone but were hesitant due to the side effects. Dr. Aubert patients did not want to be on life-long testosterone replacement, nor was it a good option for them. This began the idea of testing athletes for their nutritional deficiencies. For the past 10 years Dr. Aubert, has been using his knowledge as a medical physician, combined with research, blood work, and lab results to develop a comprehensive supplement protocol for clients. Searra and Dr. Aubert have partnered together while working on common clients for the last three years. This common practice sparked their development of OPAL Nutrients. Dr. Aubert has a grueling work schedule, athletic career and busy lifestyle all supported by great nutrition and OPAL Nutrients. Dr. Aubert believes proper nutrition allows for elite performance, no matter what you do.

Searra Silverberg is co-founder of OPAL Nutrients. She is also the founder of The Malibu Nutrition and Nutrition by the Sea. She has been in the health, wellness and sports performance field for 11+ years. Searra is a third generation Nutritionist and nutrition business owner. Following in her Grandfather and Father's footsteps, Searra earned a certification in nutrition to spread health and wellness across the world.
