Ervina Hakaj holds a BS in Economics and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RITK). She has completed her final year of studies at RIT's main campus in Rochester, New York. At Recura, Ervina holds the position of Junior Consultant where she is engaged in financial modeling and analysis, business planning, market research, and feasibility studies.
Before joining Recura, Ervina worked as a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual, a major insurance and investment firm in New York City. Ervina's other experiences include an internship in the Central Bank of Kosovo where she was engaged in the Pension Department Supervision and an internship in the American Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Petrit Tahiri has over 15 years of experience working with different donors in the field of humanitarian assistance, institution building community dialogue and organization. Prior to joining Recura for a decade and a half he worked as Executive Director at the Nansen Dialogue Center in Kosovo and the Nansen Dialogue Network, a project supported by Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a regional focus in organizing grass root level actions and inter-ethnic dialogue, local administration accountability and regional cooperation. He has extensive experience in project management and management of multiple donor projects. Several management responsibilities covering project management, financial planning, daily administration and budget management of projects. Experienced in organizational management and development, strategic planning, and institutional capacity building of Government Institutions and local governmental and non-governmental organizations.

Mrs. Agnesa Broqi Spanca holds an executive master's degree in Auditing, from University of Maastricht, Vrije University of Amsterdam and University of Florida. Moreover, she holds a BA Hons Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Staffordshire University. At Recura, Agnesa is engaged as a consultant in the Strategic Business Advisory Unit, where she will provide her contribution in advising clients from different sectors and industries, towards improving their companies and the overall business environment.
Prior to becoming part of Recura's team, Agnesa has worked for one of the big four firms- Ernst and Young Certified Auditors Ltd Kosovo. During her experience with Ernst and Young, she was engaged in teams that conducted Legal Auditing of Financial Statements, Audit of Group Reporting Packages, Consolidated Financial Statements as well as Cash Basis Audit. The engagements were diverse, involving banking and insurance sector, retail and services sector, production sector, pension funds and international projects applied in Kosovo.
Nevertheless, Agnesa has an opportunity to understand the functioning of public sector in Kosovo, during her internship at National Audit Office.

Ms. Laura Berisha holds a BA in Psychology while currently she is completing her MA in Clinical Psychology. Before joining RECURA, she has worked for EBRD project KOSEP, with a focus on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Source. Ms. Berisha has 10 years' experience in different projects from local and international organization, where she has provided her expertise in different aspects. As part of Local Consulting Company, Ms. Berisha was involved for 2 years as a Project Monitoring and Evaluation expert. By Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Berisha was licensed to perform training in Data Management and Reporting for educational leadership. Her experience is extended in multilateral and bilateral development programs, managing projects funded by the European Commission, UNICEF, Spanish Government, Norwegian Government.
During her 4 years of experience doing different social researches, for UNDP, UNCEF ,The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction - European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs: Kosovo Country Report 2012, which for the first time presented data from Kosovo at the NIDA International Forum and the CPDD Annual Scientific Meeting in USA. Other research publications where Laura was engaged are: KGSC "Audit of Gender Issues in the Education System"2007, KGSC "Monitoring Security in Kosovo from a Gender Perspective" 2006.

Viktor Krasniqi joined Recura as Project Manager in strategic advisory and business development component of the company. Viktor has over 20 years of professional experience in management positions in private sector, ranging from banking, telecom and consulting with primary focus in sales and business development. Before joining Recura, Viktor was contracted as Expert in USAID funded project, EMPOWER Credit Support, program that established Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF). Between 2012-2016 Viktor worked in IPKO Telecommunication initially as Sales Expert and Regional Manager and later as Dealers Business Manager responsible for the business development of dealers' network and in charge of large team of Regional Dealer Managers, Marketing Officers and dealers' warehouse. Prior to IPKO during 2006-2011, he worked for ProCredit Bank, initially as Manager in corporate business department and then as Head of Training responsible for professional development of Bank staff members, Young Bankers Program and development of various training programs. Between 1997-2006,Viktor worked as Regional Sales Manager for Kinder Ferrero Distribution (1997-1999), OSCE, then as Project Deputy Director for CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency) funded program Kosovo Educator Development Project (2001-2006 KEDP), program that was responsible of establishing Faculty of Education at University of Prishtina, and later in American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. Viktor is also Sales Trainer.
Viktor holds Master Degree in Management, graduated from ProCredit Eastern European Regional Academy, finished Leadership Institute and various professional trainings.
Viktor is fluent in English, Serbian and Italian language.
