Jill Guziak founded recruiting firm, Reid Selby, in 2009. Based in Laguna Beach, California, Jill Guziak and company have helped connect hundreds of qualified candidates find lucrative sales positions in leading software technology companies. Utilizing her extensive network, Jill provides her client companies with all levels of sales talent. While Jill has found that "needle-in-a-haystack" sales executive to fill in a niche position, her true expertise lies in rounding out a sales team, and even more so, in building out an entire sales team from scratch. To ensure the continued success of Reid Selby, Jill Guziak maintains in-depth knowledge of the software industry. Prior to the creation of Reid Selby, Jill spent over seven years with Baystone Partners. As co-founder of the software sales placement company, Ms. Guziak worked as Partner and Executive Recruiter. Under her guidance, and with collaboration from her partner and colleagues, Jill developed Baystone into one of the nation's leading software sales talent placement companies. In the years before she began her career in recruiting, Jill enjoyed successful stints in sales with technology firms Axent Technologies and Telco Communications. She grew up in the UK prior to emigrating to the US with her family. Jill graduated from UCSB and now resides in Laguna Beach, California with her husband, two children and Brittany Spaniel. Jill enjoys running, spin cycling, traveling, reading, philanthropic endeavors and more.
